CHECKLIST

Checklist Before Reservation

• Check-in is available from 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.
• Infants and children are also included on the number of personnel. Exceeding maximum permitted occupancy is not allowed. 
• A Minor without a guardian or any pet is not allowed. 
• Visitors are not allowed exceeding the number of people booked, and the guest is responsible for that. 
• Bedding will be arranged according to the number of people you booked. 
• If you stay more than 3 nights, we make up the room including bedding and towels. 
• If you damage or lose accommodation facilities and furniture, you can be requested for compensation. 
• To ensure proper hygiene, our building receives monthly pest control services. However, you might see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please not that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.
• Selling or transferring reservations to others is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you can be held responsible.

Reservation Guide

• After payment is made and completed, we will send you a confirmation message. 
• Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 12 hours. 
• If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority. 
• Cash receipts can be issued when payment is made. Please make a request at the time of reservation.
• To change or cancel reservations, please contact <stayasset.help@gmail.com>
• Commercial photography, video photography (including advertising, product photography, shopping malls, and SNS markets) and drone photography, which are not previously discussed, is not allowed.

FACILITY

Barbecue Grill

• We will prepare it only for those who applied before the noon on the day of check - in. (p.m. 12)
• The barbecue tool costs 20,000 won. You'll get a grill, fireplate, and torch.
• If you can’t use it due to weather problem, we will refund the payment.
• We prepare barbecue equipment on the side of the yard. You can use it by making a fire yourself. 
• It's a quiet residential area. Please be careful not to make any noise late at night.

Open Air Bath

• Only liquids, bubbles, and powdered baths are permitted in the bathtub. 
• You can't use petals, potpourri, and herbs because they can cause drainage problems. 
• Please wear your underwear or swimsuit. 
• It is not available in winter season (December - March).

Commercial Use 

• For commercial use, please contact us through +82-504-0904-2006 with the following information: Brand / Number of Guests / Date / Equipment type / Name and contact information.

PRICE

Discount Benfit

• 10% of the total amount will be discounted if you stay on a weekday (day-trip) during low season.
• Discounts are not available during the weekend (Fri-Sat) and peak periods. 
• The peak season is from July to August, New Year holidays and Chuseok holidays. 
• At the time of booking, the discount is automatically applied at the payment stage.
• It does not overlap with promotional discounts. 

Refund Regulation

• We will give you a 100% refund if you send us a proof of your flight or ship due to bad weather.
• In case of a refund, we will refund the amount based on the above date.
• A reservation for more than 2-nights, we refund according to the refund policy based on the 'check-in date'.
